What is the procedure for adding 2 new sub-inventories to an existing Cycle count program?

Hi, Does anyone have any idea about the procedure for adding 2 additional sub-inventories to an existing cycle count program? Is it possible to add? or would I have to create a new cycle count program for this 2 new sub-inventories which I want to add and click on disable flag for the ones which I don't want to function?
