Asset Analytics feature

PeopleSoft 9.2, PT 8.58.

Customer wants to use Asset Analytics feature in PeopleSoft (delivered in image 43) with the reporting capability it offers.  

It appears this feature may be available through both Kibana and the new PeopleSoft Insights framework, but I don't believe we can use it through Insights yet because that requires PeopleTools 8.60 which they have yet to upgrade to.

They would like to know what kind of effort would be required to deploy this feature. If it requires significant effort, they may settle for using any delivered queries that feed these reports so we can run them like normal queries with prompts. Obviously, they wouldn't get the visual reports with that approach, but the numerical figures it produces would still help.
