Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. How to recover missing billed resource ID lines from Proj_Resource

After As-Incurred invoice was created, the resource ids no longer exist in proj_resource.

Resource ids are found in INTFC_BI_CMP but not in Proj_Resource.

I appreciate your help to recover missing proj_resource lines.
