PeopleSoft Process scheduler -Late starting / Late ending - Job alerts

Hi Team,

I am looking for better pro-active

monitoring features in batch job scheduling where we can generate a email alerts

in below cases -

• If the Job is not starting by the scheduled time in process monitor(if it queued) or
• If the job is running longer than expected time (delayed than expected completion time).
• If more than 5 jobs sit in queued for more than 5minutes.

I am able to generate the alerts for failures using E EOEN_ALERT, similarly we need alerts for late start and end jobs.

CA Workload ESP , Autosys have these features, but we wanted to know if we can utilize any delivered functionality by PeopleSoft scheduler or any freeware tools that can well integrated and interface with Peoplesoft batch scheduler.
