Can I use ExceltoCI with Microsoft Office 365?

We are on PeopleTools 8.60 and use Microsoft Office 365. When I open ExcelToCI2007.xlsm I'm not seeing the Add-Ins tab on the ribbon. I do see that RelLangMcro.xla is in the same folder.
