Pivot Cannot Run Query

I developed a query using PeopleSoft Query. The query runs successfully. I setup a pivot grid dashboard and it all works fine. I then needed a second query dashboard with a slight change. I copied the query. Changed one select statement from "equal to" to "in list" with two conditions. The copied changed query runs successfully. When I create a new pivot grid using this copied query, the pivot grid cannot run the query. It times out. Are there any known issues? Does anyone why this would be? Any suggestions? we are at release 9.2 PUM 26
