Update calculate_price_flag value to Freeze Price when the order is Booked

We are trying with form personalization to update the calculate_price_flag value to Freeze price for all lines in a sales order when the order is Booked but currently with OM-PRE_BOOK-EVENT its not updating all lines. Only the last line is getting updated.
