How to close PO line item automatically after some days?

Scenario: There are three items A, B & C on PO1 and ASN has created for PO1 but supplier did not have item C, so instead of item C they have provided item D and ASN has been created for PO1 (item A, B & D).

Problem: Item C is in Open status on PO1 and we want it close automatically after sometime, we don't want to close item C manually.
