how to stop mark as fulfill promise to pay if there is any outstanding on inv in oracle apps.12.2.9

Advanced collections

we are facing issue while using promise to pay in below scenario

suppose Invoice amount is 20000 aed

created promise to pay only for 5000 on 01-feb-2024

remaining outstanding amount 15000 received through receipts.

when we run promise reconciliation program, promise status is marked as fulfilled because we received the 15000 which is more than promise amount.


Is there any way to handle the above scenario
