EBS to OID sync is happening in EBS R12.2

We have integrated our EBS R12.2 system with oracle SSO 12c version. We have pushed all the users from EBS to OID via bulkload option now when we create the new user in EBS its not getting reflected into OID also user in OID not reflected into EBS both bi-directional its not working...

Validated the OID logs and diag logs looks fine and there is no error on it.. EBS SSO profiles are set properly but still users are not reflected to OID.


Kindly suggest on this..
