Where to start: upgrading Peoplesoft Peopletools Only (8.56 to 8.60)?

Current version: Peoplesoft Peopletools 8.56

Application: HCM9.2 PUM 27

Machines: Environment on Oracle Cloud (not using Cloud Manager). 2x App Server (Oracle Linux) , 2x WebServer (Oracle Linux) + LB (OCI)

DB: Oracle Database 12c

I am planning to upgrade just the Tools (8.56 to 8.60) but i could not find a good guide in terms of how i should start the process. 

I have spinned up a HCM DMO instance from Oracle Cloud Marketplace (PeopleSoft HCM Update Image Demo), and able to login to that DMO env.

I have also been able to use/utilize a downloaded PUM image via Oracle Virtual box image on my local desktop.
