Weblogic Admin Console sign-in page not showing WLS Patched version.

For our Peoplesoft Financial, we are on weblogic 12.2.1.3.0, after updating to the most recent patch 12.2.1.3.230405, the Weblogic Admin. Console sign-in page version is still showing as 12.2.1.3.0 (not 12.2.1.3.230405), is this normal?

When I verified the applied patch using 'opatch lspatches' it indicated the patch was applied successfully.
