Any possibility to reprint Reminder letters in bulk?

Hello,

In our production instance we have the problem that the output file from the request IEX: Child XML Delivery manager is empty. However the blob files are generated in the database. We can open one blob file in PDF. Does anyone know how these blob files can be extracted from the database? Is there any possibility to reprint Reminder letters in Oracle Advanced Collections.
