How does Direct Deposit Controls page work?

We need to activate the Direct Deposit page for some Terminated employees for some Deferred Compensation. If i set up a Termination entry in the Direct Deposit Controls page, does it mean that the Direct Deposit page will be ACTIVE until the days specified in this set up? Please refer to the attached screenshot of the page.
