Is it possible to redirect ALL users to the FLUID Homepage when logging in through nginx?

We are setting up PeopleSoft to be accessible outside the local internet through nginx.

Currently, users logging in using a mobile device are redirected to the FLUID homepage. Users logging in using the PC device are redirected to the CLASSIC homepage.

What we want to achieve is to redirect ALL users to the FLUID homepage when accessing through the nginx URL. The CLASSIC homepage should only be accessible when accessed through the internal internet.

Is it possible to redirect ALL users to the FLUID Homepage when logging in through the nginx? If yes, what are the steps to configure this?
