GL Workcenter - No matching buffer found for level

Upon opening the GL Workcenter, (Classic Plus - 9.2), the pagelets section only has headings and no rows. To remedy, navigate to Enterprise Components > WorkCenter/Dashboards > Configure Pagelets. A popup appears:

After clicking 'OK' the screen show hyperlinks for the pagelets:

Clickin on the My Work pagelet brings up the whole component.

Returning to the WorkCenter/Dashboard tab

Any attempt to change this issues the following error:

Repeated attempts to add items to the other pagelets and save have ended in the same error.

When checking against DMO, there is an extra field showing the fluid workcenter with the value we have in Dashboard/HomePage:
