1. Java Error Stack: Please provide the detailed error message for your issue. If you are receiving the following error message, follow the steps documented below "You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance."

- Enable diagnostics
Set the following profile options at Site/Responsibility level
FND: Diagnostics = Yes
FND: Message Level Threshold = "Debug High"
- Bounce the APACHE server and clear the cache
- Then log into the application as the user experiencing the "Unexpected Error" message.
- Recreate the issue.
- You should now see the same "Unexpected Error" message with the addition of a "Click here" link.
