Can OBN send attachments with invoices to PeopleSoft

Hello,

Appreciate if someone can shed some light on this topic. Today we use OBN only to send Purchase Orders to suppliers but we are in the process of enabling inbound invoice processing from OBN to PeopleSoft. Can the suppliers attach files in cXML? If so, can OBN then send the same to PeopleSoft?

We have PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 on PeopleTools 8.60.06
