Dunning letter setup in Advance collection module-R12.2.11

Hi Team,

I have done the setup configuration for Dunning plans and staged Dunning letter.

and I ran the all the prerequisite concurrent like, 'IEX: Scoring Engine Harness'.

when I execute the 'IEX: Send Dunnings for Delinquent Customers' to the particular customer who has delinquent status and invoices. But the Dunning letter was not sent to that customer. I have attached view log for your reference.

Kindly advise on the same, as we have crossed the deadline for the demo and seeking your quick response and support. Thanks in advance.
