Clearing the delivered objects identified in Audit reports

Hi,

Is there a better/automated process to clear the Audit reports for delivered objects. Our audit reports have never been cleaned before and now they are almost 40 pages long. We are planning to do a tools upgrade from 8.56 to 8.61 and I want to clean the audit reports before we move forward.
