Is anyone using Email Approval Framework for managers to approve reported time?

I am curious to know if anyone is using this functionality to have managers approve reported time directly from their emails, rather than going to PeopleSoft.

If you are, could you please share:

  • Pain points of setting up this functionality
  • Pros and cons of using the Email Approval Framework
  • User experience
  • Any necessary customization
