What Component is the 'Delete Journal' drop down option from GL Journal Lines tab?

The new feature that prevents other users from deleting another's GL Journal was released on Image 48. When configuring the Roles/Permissions, what's the component that's linked to the journal entry drop down for Delete Journal?

I looked under menu PROCESS_JOURNALS, but I don't see something that may link to the Delete Journal other than GL_MASS_JRNL_DEL for Mass Delete Journals.
