In tools 8.60.11 (PUM 48) clicking on Announcement details causes errors.

We are in the process of upgrading to tools 8.60.11 and are having issues with the announcements. When an employee clicks on an announcement to get the details, they are brought to a search page. Then when clicking cancel or the notification id a data integrity error occurs. Has anyone else seen this and/or found a solution? We are live with PUM 46 but did take a fix for announcements from PUM 48.
