PO created in PO_HDR and PO_LINE but no record in PO_LINE_DISTRIB

Hi Teams,

I have an issue where user created requisitions with 21 records , PO the created and dispatched for all the items, but strangely 3 of its item not have any record in PO_Line distrib and causing error while proceed the receipt.

I can't find the reason to why this happen?

Any advice is much appreciated. I'm desprate.
