In Peoplesoft SCM PUM49 all Kibana Labels are not converted to Insight Labels

We are in the process of upgrading our PeopleSoft Financials(SCM) from PUM46(PT8.59.13) to PUM49(PT8.60.08). On Installation options pages noticing that some page group labels are showing up as "Kibana" instead of "Insight". It looks like table PSDBFLDLABL data is not getting updated. Is this update done through some DMS script during the upgrade? Or, is it part of the PUM49 upgrade project object?
