Process Form issue

I have a problem with the data object definition part of the process form. The process form is attached with the old application. It was supposed to be attached with the new application called HREVOnew. Now I am not able to create new process form for the application as it will not allow to attach to the application, and we also cannot overwrite the process form.

**I tried overwriting, but it is creating a new process form with the same name.

Can anyone please help me in this issue?
