OAM - Federation Server Clock Drift default Value

I'm a bit confused while reading the Oracle Access Manager 11g or 12c documentation, because I see sometimes 300s and sometimes 0s for the property called server clock-skew or clock drift. I found a putLongProperty('/fedserverconfig/senderserverclockdrift','VALUE_IN_SECONDS') method, but getLongProperty('/fedserverconfig/senderserverclockdrift') says:
Property not found.
So this is some kind of default value. It is possible to explicitly query this value, or what I found here is the real default value, which is zero: Doc ID 2745524.1
