EBS Workflow OAuth 2.0 configuration with Microsoft Office 365

We wanted to switch our current EBS Workflow configure to OAUTH as per the recommendations from this note and decided to review document 2884072.1.

We are on EBS 12.2.11 and non-SSL/TLS (ie using http for application login)

At Step 5.2 this note has a pointer to do step 5.3.1 of document 1367293.1

However step 5.3.1 of document 1367293.1 details about updating s_nm_jvm_startup_properties context variable with tls protocol flags and also requires us to update b64InternetCertificate.txt & cacerts Truststores.
