FYI Notification is getting closed automatically

in Core Workflow - EBS (MOSC) 3 commentsAnswered

Dear All,

As we have an requirement, to send the approval notification and after two reminder and then we need to send the FYI Notification to the person manager, currently the FYI is getting cancelled automatically instead of OPEN. Could some provide an advice on this.
