How to know the entitlement which process task tried to provision

Hi All,

I'm trying to run an analysis of rejected process tasks for AD User resource, to find out which ones have to be re-tried. To do that I need to check which entitlement the task tried to provision.

I came up with an SQL query to find Rejected tasks for 'Group Membership Insert', but I can't figure, what was the entitlement name associated with the task.

Any clews guys?
