Journal import (JRNL1_WS.xlsm) imported success but no journal imported

in Financial Management - PSFT (MOSC) 2 commentsAnswered ✓

Hi Everyone,

We are on FSCM 9.2 PT 8.60 and we will be using the JRNL1_WS.xlsm for journal upload instead using the old JRNL1.xls version(XMLlink). However, when I am trying to import a journal, it prompted "imported OK" but journal is imported in PeopleSoft.

I looked at the available Doc ID 2193588.1 to check configuration for IB GL_JRNL_IMP but this is not showing in the Service Operation list or prompt.

Can you point me on how this new journal upload will work?
