PAYGL02 performance issue after 8.60/SQL server 2022 upgrade

After upgrading to 8.60 tools with SQL server database 2022(2019 compatibility mode) our PAYGL02 is running long and getting stuck in the database. Our DBAs tracked it down to a CXSYNC_PORT wait issue causing a SQL taking more DB resources but not completing at all.

Did any of the SQL server customers seeing the similar issues after 8.60 upgrade?
