SMTP OAUTH2 on psappsrv.cfg and psprcs.cfg

Hello,

We are upgrading to PeopleTools 8.60.11 where OAUTH2 is supported for SMTP.

We no longer have a mail server to use so we are configuring smtp.office365.com as our SMTP server and the authentication is OAUTH2. Basic authentication is not an option.

Would like to ask if anyone has successfully configured this on their PeopleSoft environments? Our issue now is that recipients do not receive any emails from PeopleSoft though the SMTP log shows there is no issue with OAUTH2 authentication and the email was sent successfully from PeopleSoft. We asked our Azure/Office 365 admins to check if they can trace the emails but the emails are nowhere to be found.
