Journal import (JRNL1_WS.xlsm) imports successfully, upload says Imported 0 journals

we are upgrading to finance PUM 49 / Tools 8.60.07. The Spreadsheet Journal Import ALWAYS says "Imported 0 journals" — even though journals were imported into system successfully. within IB, the GL_JRNL_IMP transactions go to success, and in fact the imported journals are in the system.
However user sees "Imported 0 journals" when they upload so they think nothing was imported.

note already did what was suggested in Doc ID 2895912.1, and and still get "Imported 0 journals".

anyone know where and how to fix the VB code for the upload count so that the message reflects how many were actually imported ?
