Error in eng_eco_pub.process_eco - r12.2.10

Hello,

When calling the Oracle supplied API - eng_eco_pub.process_eco - I am getting the invalid change type error. The Change type is correct and we have many other transactions going in just fine for the same change type. But for few new set of transactions we are getting following error.

USER is "APPS"
Starting process_ecos
starting BOM comparison
Starting process compare_refdes
Deactivating remaining compare records
Marking as create remaining records
Prepping the BOMs
Removing headers without components
Removing revs without components
Removing substitutes without components

Starting process_ecos_internal

Calling Oracle API
Processing org: MST
