IOI error(s) occurred, but no records found in MTL_INTERFACE_ERRORS table Entity ID: ITEM Index: 1 T

Hello,

This is on EBS release r12.2.10 on Database 19c.

When importing item updates using the ego_item_pub.process_items API I am getting the following errors.

IOI error(s) occurred, but no records found in MTL_INTERFACE_ERRORS table Entity ID: ITEM Index: 1 T

There are no further indications and description on the errors and as mentioned in the error itself, the MTL_INTERFACE_ERRORS also does not show anything when this error happens.

Please advise what is causing this issue. This is a bit urgent and any help here will be greatly appreciated.
