in Windows Oracle Data Access Components (MOSC) Question

but I can not find the "1566 - OPERA 5 Forms 11g Application Server Installation", where can I get this guide file?

I just want to see how to use oracle hospitality opera PMS(Property Management Service), is these steps necessary??
