"Java(TM) Platform SE binary" has High CPU Usage

Hi Team,

Our Test server is currently using up a lot of CPU as below:

Under Processes in the Task Manager sorting on the CPU column, I see that "Java(TM) Platform SE binary" is usually what is using a lot of CPU:

Checking the location of that process, it points to "ps_home\pt\jdk\bin\java.exe"

Anyone might know why "Java(TM) Platform SE binary" is using up so much CPU and memories?

We are on the latest CPU with Java version in PS_HOME being 11.0.23. We have PeopleTools 8.60.12 on Windows 2019.
