server encountered a problem.request can't be processed.while adding Extendable Lookup Value in c2m

Hi

I am using

Customer Release V4.3.0.4.0 000 000

Oracle Utilities Customer To Meter V2.8.0.0.0 098 000

Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing V2.8.0.0.0 118 000

Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management V2.4.0.0.0 154 000

Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Management V2.3.0.0.0 134 000

Oracle Utilities Application Framework V4.4.0.3.0 007 000

i am facing issue while trying to add Extendable Lookup Value in c2m.

popup on c2m console "The server has encountered a problem. Your request cannot be processed Please try again."

managed server log:

ERROR (api.service.ServiceExecutionPolicy) Encountered exception, session marked for rollback java.lang.RuntimeException: The keystore file '/app/C2M/C2M2800/ks/.keystore' does not exist.
