Reconciliation tasks

When the scheduler job "Active Directory User Target Recon" runs in OIM 12.2.1.4.x environment and updates the user accounts (say it disabled a user based on its AD status change from 512 to 514 on useraccountcontrol attribute, and we see the USR_STATUS value field in OIM as 'Disabled' for the user now), when all these things happen good, what are the TASKS that are expected to be listed for ADUSER application instance? We want to understand are the tasks SAME in OIM 12c environment? In OIM 10g environment we believe the tasks are triggered on every AD recon update.
