FSCM NACHA encryption - Role and Permission List

Hi, We are in the process of implementing FSCM NACHA encryption.
We have followed the steps as per the Oracle Doc ID 2846235.1 and see that the bank account number is getting encrypted.
But, we are unable to understand which role/permission list controls security to view "Unmask" option to view the full Bank Account number .
Please let us know the proper Role and Permission related to displaying "Unmask" option and controlling security while implementing FSCM NACHA encryption.
