Peoplesoft Finance AR Refunds

We are currently facing issues with AR Refunds when transferring the chartstring to AP. The PCU and Activity Chartfields are missing, causing Vouchers to error out to RECYCLED status. If anyone else is experiencing this issue, kindly share your insights. I have searched for existing bugs but have not found any related to this issue.

We are currently on PT 8.60.13 and PI 24
