Enable send email through IEX: Bulk XML Delivery Manager
We have a customized process for sending billing emails. We use the IEX: Bulk XML Delivery Manager program only to populate the IEX_XML_REQUEST_HISTORIES table, but when we run the Advanced process to send billing emails, we are receiving the email twice.
One through the IEX program: Bulk XML Delivery Manager and the other through the customized program.
The IEX: Deliver Dunning Letters profile is set for Batch sending. I have an open ticket on MyOs, but I would like to know if anyone else has experienced something similar and what the solution was?
