Trying to add Image in Email body with email bursting in BIP Report

Hello,

We have requirement to deliver image in email body to all the new comers. We have created the BIP Report but the template is not getting excepted.

It shows this error, 'Upload Failed: the request was rejected because its size (97288363) exceeds the configured maximum (30000000)' as it is exceeding size limit.

Client does not want the image as attachment, they need that image as email body only. Any ideas and solutions are appreciated.
