Oracle R12.2.12 - Users are seeing other employee's data in ESS

We recently upgrated to Oracle R12.2.12. Now we are noticing when volume of users is high , some users are seeing data related to other users in ESS. Bounce and clearing cache of middle tier didn't not solve the problem.

Has anyone seen this happening? What could be the possible solution(s) for this issue?
