PeopleSoft Insights - Collector dashboard - data in CQ, not in Dashboard
I find that when I run the AR_SRCH_CUST_AGING query, the search results contain information that is not coming forward into the Collector dashboard. I have confirmed the ARAGE process ran. I can see the items I am looking for in the query. But when going to the dashboard, they are not present. In fact it looks like the handful of new BU's that have been created recently are not appearing. I did run the incremental crawl as well. What steps are I missing between the query and Insights? I wouldn't think I
