Missing Links in Action List button

Hello,

When navigating to MSS > Approvals page and the Action list button is selected, the following links below are not visible:
- Pending Approvals
- Review Approvals
- Approvals History
- Administer Approvals
- Create Delegation Requests

Is this is a Security Access issue or Configuration? Please advise.
If possible, can you provide us the steps on identifying the possible cause why these fields are hidden.
