How to verify the configuartion of the Oracle Mobile Timecards Release 10 for eBS R12.2.10

Could someone be so kind to advice me on how to verify whether the configuration implemented as per
Note: "Oracle Mobile Timecards for Oracle E-Business Suite Release Notes ( Doc ID 1669224.1 )" is correctly done ?

For further developement & test purpose we need to be able to test it with a mobile emulator in a Development environment first. The enterprise firewall rules prevents us to do it from a Mobile device.

According to " Section 2. Availability through a URL, not App Stores
Timecards app users can access this app version directly through a web page URL provided by their administrators. It is not available from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store."
