Unable to startup the OID application server hosted in Azure and db is recently migrated to OCI

Hi All,
We have oracle database recently migrated to OCI and the OID application is hosted in Microsoft Azure. We are unable to bring up the application. We are getting error as 'ORACLE_HOME not set'. We have set the profile for oracle_home and oracle_sid. . Kindly let us know the configuration changes required. We are using OPMN server for application services.
