SailPoint to PeopleSoft Financials Integration

We have existing SailPoint to PeopleSoft FSCM integration from PT 8.58 working perfectly fine for provisioning user creation/roles from sailpoint to Peoplesoft FSCM.
Now we are going through a Tools upgrade from 8.58 to 8.60 and the Sailpoint to Peoplesoft is not working. All setups from PeopleSoft side and sailpoint are the same except the web/port, etc and we are still encountering this error.

Error in SailPoint:

Anyone could provide insight or might have experienced the same. Thanks in advance.
